French restaurant 15ème Paris

这家餐馆在去年冬天的时候就看中了,散步的时候偶尔路过这家,看了门口的菜单,单点的话价格还比较高25-35欧的样子,相比之下套餐就显得非常划算,20欧前菜,主菜和甜点。而且套餐只有两个选择,给人感觉菜很新鲜,依据当天收到的食物来制定的套餐。氛围也不错,走的是偏美食的路线,而不是Brasserie那些千遍一律的煎牛排、炸薯条、煎三文鱼、炸薯条的路线。

终于在一个夏天的星期五想吃法餐了,就想起了这家。

那天是套餐同样是每个前菜、主菜、甜点各两个选择。前菜点了沙丁鱼,主菜选的是烤羊腿,甜点选的是glace faite à la maison 主厨抄刀冰淇淋?哈哈。。。真的不知道要怎么把‘在家做的冰淇淋;翻译的信达雅。因为是法国这边工业化很厉害,导致很多菜馆的菜或者是甜点都是从麦德龙买来冰冻的,微波炉里解冻下就卖给客人。所以餐馆自制的都会特地标上fait à la maison. 但是反过来不一定成立哦,嘿嘿。

第一次见到这种木头瓶子里装的不是一瓶胡椒,一瓶盐,而是两种不同的胡椒,盐在后面的小馆子里,更棒的是还有一张小桌子用来放这些小东西,不用占着本来就非常小的桌子的位子了。



在这种二选一的情况下我一如既往的逼男朋友选另外我没选的那些,这次他竟然屈服了0.0 表示很不理解,估计是正好撞上了吧。他前菜选的是 melon jambon,木瓜和火腿,这边很普遍的一道前菜,夏天经常吃。甜与咸的结合,我到现在还不是很能接受,不知道他们怎么想出来甜的水果和咸的火腿一起吃的,不过吃起来又还可以。主菜选的是poisson à la souce de citron et légume au juliette 是什么鱼我已经不记得的了,总之超级大一块,酱汁很特别,有一大块一大块的柠檬,但也不会很算,非常有味道,配餐有土豆泥和一些蔬菜丝。甜点需要重点提一下,délice de fraise, 给它取个中文名可以叫‘草莓三吃’= = 哈哈 真的是快要好吃哭了!端上来的时候看到底层有一层黄色打底,还以为是想cheesecake下面那种消化饼干压碎的,结果是软软的,带草莓香的戚风蛋糕,中间那层是草莓mousse,最上面就是新鲜的草莓了,而且在图上能看出来一点白色的部位都没有,只有香香甜甜的草莓 哈哈 口感超级好!后悔没有两份甜点都点这个。


前菜都忘记拍照了,男朋友觉得他的前菜有点少,比较普通。 我的前菜我超级满意,很多条切好的沙丁鱼,稍微煎了一下,撒上粗盐和一点点调料,非常美味。服务员说是当天从Bretagne(布列塔尼,法国西北角,靠大西洋)送过来的。说话这位服务员大叔超级粘人啊X。X 一直站在旁边看,然后找机会聊天。。。然后我们讲话声音就变得超级小,让他听不到然后无从下手,或者是无从下嘴 哈哈。当天还有另外一桌都差点被他烦的崩溃了,去lafourchett网站上看点评也很多人提到这个粘人的大叔。
 
看到souri d'agneau就不行了,在餐馆很喜欢点羊肉,souri刚好也是我喜欢的部位。所以我第一就先选好主菜, 结果忘记国外很容易把大块肉烤的很干,和中餐肉香、汁多差别比较大。记得去慕尼黑玩的那次也是特别跑去尝他们特色菜猪蹄,结果也是干的不行。和这道菜干的有的一拼。现在看照片觉得颜色很好看,可嘴巴里立马又干干的感觉= =,好想给它PS上酱汁啊。

冰淇淋还不错,可是和草莓相比还是差了不少。然后大叔也一直在旁边介绍了三遍这个冰淇淋。。。害我不好意思不全吃掉,但实在太撑了还是没能吃完。既然大叔这么热情,优点肯定还是有的,给倒的酒超级多啊,我们两个各选了一杯白酒和一杯红酒,一般是不到半杯的样子,大叔直接给我们到了3/4杯,哈哈 赚到了。

巴黎的中餐种类越来越多,好像10年之前北方菜系的餐馆只有青岛人家,北京食堂。10年之后各种菜系如雨后春笋般涌出,山西菜,东北菜,陕西菜,新疆菜。。。12年之后又涌出了火锅潮,13年又来了各种特色菜馆,烤鱼呀,四层火锅啊。。。

这家很多年前就想尝试,可惜很多朋友对它兴趣不是很大。乘Xu这次来巴黎工作,她是一个很好说话的人,然后又是北方人,所以我们两个就觉得逛完老佛爷去这家尝尝。

油泼面算是这家特色,可惜还是没有我记忆中学院侧门那家简陋的山西面馆一半好吃。虽然能上想念已久的油泼面,特别是自己在家尝试失败以后还是很开心的,可其实心底还是有一丝丝的失望。

皮蛋豆腐也是我喜欢的一道菜,最后一次吃还是在北京的时候,去鱼大学玩,鱼点了这道菜,皮蛋非常的好吃,又香又软。估计当时厨房光线不好,厨师把味精当盐了,生生的吃了两口味精以后就不敢碰这道菜了。能在巴黎点上这道菜真的很开心,所以虽然豆腐是超市盒装的日本豆腐,虽然皮蛋少的可怜,又硬又不香,但。。。能点到这个菜就已经很好了。

米蒸肉在菜单上叫米粉肉,跟我家一道菜名一模一样,可做法截然不同。其实这道菜叫米粒肉更合适。感觉一般吧,香是很香,但味道太重,油也不好。打包回家第二天煮面后肉还非常有味道,油就都倒掉了。

本来去之前想唱唱山西特色蒸面的,可是不管我们怎么说,服务员都坚持我们吃不惯,会非常的干。在我们表示点碗汤配之后,服务员问我们是不是山西人,我们说不是,然后服务员还是劝我们不要点,干的我们接受不了的。所以最后我们屈服了,人乖听人劝嘛。哈哈

总的来说这次经历一般,有点小失望,但是店里装饰不错,满墙的书法,给人很舒服的感觉。店里客人很多,有点吵,不太适合朋友相聚聊天。应该还会再去,尝试些别的菜,再来给这家店下定义。

这天天气特别好,和xu从opera日餐小街一直走到玛德琳的other stories。午饭时候路过这家日本便当店,毫不犹豫的就进去了。之前几次想去尝试,结果去的不是时候,每次都碰到关门。在门外看起来非常的小,其实就餐的地方主要在二楼,大概有10个位置吧。

有各种formule可以选,10-13欧左右,主菜选好后有三个小菜供选择,然后餐盘上会放上一次性水杯和筷子。我和xu都选了油豆腐,最后证明了英雄所见略同,果然很好吃,油豆腐里浸满了香浓的汁。应该放了不少日本的甜酱油。茄子也非常好吃,美中不足的是好像和油豆腐是一个味道。。。都是甜酱油的味道。最后我选了麻婆豆腐,日本人非常喜欢的一道中餐。在这些甜酱油的小食中显得特别爽口。
不过这些小菜都是凉的,只有主菜和饭会打热。不知道天气冷的话小菜会不会加热,看隔开用的塑料小盒子,估计放微波炉里有难度。

English course for adults organised by city of Paris

It has been 5 months since I read the announcement on a forum that the enrollment on adult courses had begun. And now the English course I am doing is going to finish in two weeks.

You have the choice from language classes (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish and so on) to information class, or even cookery class. The cookery class is dedicated to people who want to become cooks and have a license, not for housewives who just want to improve their cooking technique.XD You apply to the class you want online, sign up and explain why you want this class. If you are chosen you'll receive an email and go for a test, then you are ready to go! Here it's the link for enrollment.

I have chose the English class level advance 1,there were reading test and oral test. With what I red on the website I thought if I were fail the test I couldn't go to the class, I was quite nervous, but later I asked the teacher how it works, and the teacher told me that I didn't need to worry, if my level didn't suit the level I would be sent to another class but I would definitely have a class. I don't know if it's the same for other classes. Here is a link to a tutorial in French to help you enroll online.

It's a great experience, the teacher is a very kind lady, she comes from the US and has been living in Europe for 20 years.We benefit a glut from her, not only the grammar but the culture of the US and UK. We were about 13 at the beginning,as the class was for adults and almost everyone work, some people can't make it any more, so we are about 7 since the middle of the class. 5 of us are foreigners including the teacher we are 6, we share a lot of our point of view of our abroad life, and give our opinions from 7 different countries to all kind of things we discuss.

I really appreciate the government organize the course for adult, I feel that France is a country which consider adult education is important, the government finances it. For instance the course I'm taking I paid only 290 euro, I have 2 classes per week and each class lasts 2 hours,the class takes place at a high school after the children finish their school.

The government organizes many different kinds of adult education, for example the course I am taking right now, the special high school for adult ( these two kinds of education take place at the evening because they are dedicated to workers), and government forces companies to give trainings to their employees, the rule is complicated, basically it's that the employee can have individual professor several hours per week, they can choose whatever they want, most of training centers offer language lessons. The education is paid by the company and financed by the government.

终于要开始写点什么了

来法国转眼就六年了,之前一直想写的什么,但总好像还不够资格。
最近越来越觉得时间过得飞快,两三年前的事要仔细掐着手指推算才敢相信真的已经过去那么多年,如果不是每次倒数年份,会觉得明明还是两个月前的事情。
还在索邦上学的时候就想写一篇关于巴黎图书馆的文章。可是拖延症导致到现在很多家图书馆的卡已经过期都还没有完成。好在现在还记得当时对每家图书馆的感受和评价,所以现在写也不成问题,只是照片要好好想想怎么能拍的到。

那这个博客就以巴黎图书馆开头吧,逼格比较高。。。= =’’(我就是这么的喜欢zhuangbility呀)
